Wonderful
Excellent and very helpful host, told us all the info of where to go and what to pay to get there. Great breakfast. Beds very comfortable. Friendly, small guest house vibes. Great value for money. Location is amazing, right in the old city, particularly close to the Sunday walking street Market (highly recommended).
Shower/bathroom not the best in the world, but it's functional.

Heart of Chiang Mai
The location is nearly perfect to walk around the old town although it looks a little dark and too quiet, but actually very safe. In fact, I walked all over the old town in a day visiting almost all temples inside. So many and old-fashioned! The people are very warm hearted and made me feel like at home and surely want to come back to Chiang Mai visiting again!
The pricing for the rate was very reasonable and a good deal, but the building is a little bit aged.

The owner Yoke was really helpful and laundry service was inexpensive and fast , excellent location, basic but clean facilities, tasty breakfast! Would definitely return

Exceptional
The friendly and family atmosphere of the owner Yoke and her mother. They gave me the feeling of being part of their family and always gave great advice and help. I booked for 3 nights and stayed 3 weeks. Definitely recommendable! Won’t be my last stay there. Thanks Yoke, you are amazing!!!
